The modular structure succeeds mostly because it allows users to make the necessary technological changes in it as and when required minimizing the need for refitting or demolishing its parts. By keeping elements of the design fluid, the building makes room for developing truly responsive designs even after many years. With multiple dimensions representing a search for a space that is fully adaptable and facilitates change, the Holl House becomes the truly fluid bit of architecture that is made especially to transcend time while retaining its essence.
