A friend of mine has bought such pair of such twin coffee cups from the Home of Humour and Satyrе in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, Eastern Europe more than 10 years ago. Unfortunately I could not find a direct link to their shop, but here is the site of the House itself: http://www.humorhouse.bg/
My friend also brought from there a beer mug with a shallow bottom, regardless it looks like a pint beer mug, some tea and coffee cups with strange shaped upper rims that make it really fun drinking from them and some other strange things. Almost all of them had the cat with a cut tail design on top, which appears to be something like an unofficial symbol/logo of Gabrovo or possibly the House itself...
